Dredging the Hooch

Spent last Friday Fishing one of my favorite stretches of the Hooch. sunny, 64 degrees, insane BWO hatch, and the whole river to myself...quite the day! Started off on catching on Czech nymphs in the morning and was able to score a number on top ...size 20 BWOs once that sun got up. Mostly bows but a few little browns mixed in..
The light or non-existent crowds on the upper stretches during the DH season on the hooch are always enjoyable.
Water has cleared considerably after a month of Pea Soup from Lanier.
Great time to be on the river!
